This blue mini wax warmer is lightweight, compact, durable, and has a heat up time of ten minutes. It has a sensitive 360 ̊ heating coil that allows for a rapid wax meltdown. The diffusing vent on the lid prevents overheating and releases scents as the wax melts.

The correct working temperature to be maintained is between 125-160 ̊F (52-71 ̊C). Insert a spatula to ensure the right consistency has been reached. Do this by twirling the spatula and ensuring there’s no drip at least 3 seconds after picking up. The working temperature for warm wax varies depending on the kind of wax. Soft waxes are used at 30-40 ̊C while hard waxes are usually applied at 37-45 ̊C.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
What's your online return policy?
Purchases made online can be returned within 30 days of receipt, back to the original method of payment. For all online returns, please email info@bellaverde.us with your order number and the item(s) which you are looking to return. Our customer service team will send you a form to include in your shipment. The refund will be processed back to the original form of payment, and we are not able to make any exceptions. Return shipping costs back to our warehouse in Indiana are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I exchange items purchased online?
Returns on exchanges will be given in the form of an E-Gift Card. This card can be used on any purchase in the future and does not expire. Not redeemable for cash.
Can I cancel or change my order/shipping address?
An order cannot be canceled after it has been placed and you have confirmation. We are not able to make any exceptions.
Additionally, we are not able to edit or modify orders in any way after they have been placed, including the shipping address. If you made a mistake in your order, please email info@bellaverde.us when you receive it and we will work out a return or other solution.
